Here's an open-air live concert held in in Dortmund that might be of interest to some of you. LoveParade boasts some very popular trance & house DJs from all over the world for this main event every year. The Loveparade is one of the largest and most harmonious events worldwide! Every year people from around the world come together to spread the message of peaceful cohabitation of this planet in the name of electronic music. The emphasis is on the promotion of love, mutual respect, tolerance and solidarity. The Loveparade is a modern myth: Engendered as a demonstration, over the years it developed into an event which allowed people to celebrate peacefully and exuberantly with like-minded people from around the world to the beats of electronic dance music.
Visitors can participate free-of-charge and will have full access: The biggest open air party in the world and everyone is invited! The thematic essence of the Loveparade is electronic dance music in all of its diversity and current trends.
Every year the Loveparade will pass through another city of the Ruhr metropolis: The first one was in Essen in 2007, followed by Dortmund in 2008, Bochum in 2009, Duisburg in 2010 and Gelsenkirchen in 2011. This way it can gain momentum and become even more diversified. Spectators and TV viewers can expect a new route with a new look every year. No fear here of having to experience the same old thing year in and year out!
